Anche quest’anno, FINA Diving Grand Prix invita tuffatori da diverse parti del mondo a competere in un circuito costituito da otto tappe della durata di quattro giorni.

Welcome to the 2021 edition of the FINA DIVING GRAND PRIX Bolzano!

FINA intends to provide the international diving elite with a high level competition that takes place in locations that have a strong tradition in the sport, therefore enhancing their popularity.

The FINA Diving Grand Prix is a prestigious annual diving circuit which gathers the world’s diving elite over a circuit which stops in different continents. However, due to the unchallenged context posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 edition will only be organised by experienced and professional host Bolzano (ITA) from July 2-4. The Grand Prix represents a unique opportunity to enhance the visibility and media exposure of diving worldwide. It provides a platform for divers all across the world to practice at an international level, close to their home. With the active support of our National Federations, sponsors and partners, and TV networks, the FINA Family celebrates the sport by making it accessible in different regions around the world, by attracting more athletes, more organisers and more spectators, years after years. In these unpreceded times, I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and sincere appreciation to the Italian Swimming Federation (Federazione Italiana Nuoto) and the local organisers in Bolzano for welcoming the only leg of the FINA Diving Grand Prix 2021. Their commitment, efficiency and support are key factors to the success of this event. Good luck to all the participants in the FINA Diving Grand Prix 2021!

Diving competition

Lido di Bolzano is traditionally the setting for important international diving meetings and competitions, a discipline in which our city has been the cradle of great champions, and which over time has attracted the interest of the public each time. Since 2010 Bolzano has been home to one of the 8 world stages of FINA DIVING GRAND PRIX. Given the success achieved in the past editions, this important event has also been assigned for 2021, which will take place from 02 to 04 July 2021.

The competition will be held at the Municipality Indoor Pool “Karl Dibiasi”.

Accomodation

As the event will be run in a “bubble”, as per FINA rules, to ensure the most favorable prices, and first of all guarantee the health and safety of all participants, the Local Organising Committee (LOC) is directly in charge of the accommodation process. Due to this pandemic situation, the LOC is obliged to create the bubble so that all teams must book their hotel through us. Single, Twin and Triple rooms will be available. The rates are per person per night, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
